1. Introduction

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored and organized by Net Metering Team (“Company”). By participating in this Promotion, participants (“Participants”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• This Promotion is open only to homeowners who have scheduled appointments with Net Metering Team and who reside in the promotional area.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Employees of Net Metering Team, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

• The Promotion begins on June 10th 2024 and ends on December 31st 2024, or while supplies last.

4. How to Enter

• Participants will receive a promotional flyer with a unique code during their scheduled appointment with an Energy Advisor.
• Participants must scratch off the code on the flyer and, with the assistance of their Energy Advisor, check the code through the promotional portal provided by the Company.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prizes

• Five (5) Participants will win a complimentary hotel stay in Las Vegas.
• Each card with a unique code will indicate whether the Participant has won the complimentary hotel stay.
• All Participants, regardless of winning status, will receive a special gift from the Company.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be determined by the unique code provided on their promotional flyer.
• Winners will be notified immediately upon code verification through the promotional portal.
• The Company will provide instructions on how to claim the complimentary hotel stay to the winners.
• If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited.

7. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
• The Company reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value without prior notice.
• Winners are responsible for any taxes, resort fees, or additional costs associated with the prize.
• Winners may be required to attend Sales Presentation in order to claim prize.

8. General Conditions

• The Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time without notice.
• The Company is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to network outages, server failures, or any other technical malfunction that may affect participation in the Promotion.
• By participating, Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Privacy

• Any personal information collected during the Promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties without the Participant’s consent.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maricopa County, Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
